And there’s nothing quite like losing them, either.
It’s a subject most of us carry quietly. We don’t always have the words for it, and the world doesn’t always give us the space. But it’s something that almost every pet owner will face, and something that deserves to be talked about more gently, more openly, and more honestly.
That’s why we’ve teamed up with Vets at Home to start that conversation. For many families, knowing this option exists changes everything. There’s no stressful journey. No clinical waiting room. Just calm, compassionate care, at home, at your pace.
The Final Goodbye survey
We’ve put together a short survey, called The Final Goodbye, to better understand what pet owners in the UK truly need at the end of a pet’s life.
The questions are gentle. There are no right or wrong answers. It’s simply a chance to share your experience, or your hopes, in your own words.
