Pet Database Success Stories – Terms & Conditions
- Participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them, when participating by sharing their Success Story.
- The Pet Database Success Story collection is only open to Pet Database customers, who have an active Pet Database account at the time of entry.
- The Pet Database Success Story collection will start on the 12th May 2026 and will remain open until such time as Pet Database decides to close the campaign.
- To enter, participants must share their phone number via the form in the email, in accordance with the instructions provided. Incomplete or invalid submissions may not be accepted.
- Sending over your Success Story does not guarantee winning a £50 Amazon.co.uk e-voucher.
- The prize draw is open only to individuals aged 18 and over, who reside in the United Kingdom.
- This prize draw is not open to Pet Database employees.
- The prize draw entry is limited to one per customer.
- The first 10 people to share their details will receive a unique £50 e-voucher to use on Amazon. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative.
- The prize draw winners will be notified by Pet Database (info@petdatabase.com) via the email address registered on their Pet Database account, with instructions on how to redeem their prize. The personal information of the winners’ will be kept in accordance with our Privacy Policy: https://petdatabase.com/privacy
- By entering, participants agree that their submitted images and associated data may be processed by Pet Database and its third-party service providers, for the purposes of administering the promotion and providing the stated benefits. All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Pet Database Privacy Policy.

Pet Database reserves the right to cancel this campaign or amend these terms and conditions at any time upon reasonable notice.
- Pet Database accepts no responsibility for any delays encountered with the delivery of the prize. If the prize email containing the £50 Amazon.co.uk e-voucher details is lost/misplaced or caught in spam filters, Pet Database will not replace the email.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these terms and conditions.
