- Participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them, when participating in the Vets at Home survey.
- The Vets at Home survey is exclusively available to Pet Database customers who either hold an active Pet Database account at the time of entry, or have previously expressed an interest in a Pet Database service.
- The Pet Database Success Story collection will start on the 10th of June 2026 and will remain open until such time as Pet Database decides to close the campaign.
- To enter, participants must share their email number via the form, in accordance with the instructions provided. Incomplete or invalid submissions may not be accepted.
- Completing the survey does not guarantee winning a £50 Amazon.co.uk e-voucher.
- The prize is open only to individuals aged 18 and over, who reside in the United Kingdom.
- This prize is not open to Pet Database employees.
- The prize entry is limited to one per customer.
- Three winners will be selected at random from all eligible survey respondents and each will receive one £50 Amazon e-voucher. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or alternative prize will be offered.
- The winners will be notified by Pet Database (info@petdatabase.com) via the email address registered on the survey, with instructions on how to redeem their prize. The personal information of the winners’ will be kept in accordance with our Privacy Policy: https://petdatabase.com/privacy
- By entering, participants agree that their submitted images and associated data may be processed by Pet Database and its third-party service providers, for the purposes of administering the promotion and providing the stated benefits. All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Pet Database Privacy Policy.

- Pet Database accepts no responsibility for any delays encountered with the delivery of the prize. If the prize email containing the £50 Amazon.co.uk e-voucher details is lost/misplaced or caught in spam filters, Pet Database will not replace the email.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these terms and conditions.
