Found abandoned as a pup in the mountains of Greece, Amelia came to the UK 4 years ago and lived happily in what she hoped was her forever home……. until her family gave her up due to a new baby. This beautiful girl has now been in foster for nearly three years. She is loved, happy and very content but her placement was always time limited and Amelia now REALLY needs a family of her own. A shy girl at first, Amelia is SUPER affectionate when she trusts you. Her favourite trick is sitting on her bottom with paws up waiting for a treat. When she first arrived in foster, Amelia's anxiety made her dog-reactive but this clever girl has turned things around. Thanks to the commitment, patience and love, of her foster family, Amelia now happily walks past other dogs on a walk and could, with careful integration, learn to live with another dog and with children aged 14 and above but not cats and little furries.
