The Real Harry When he is feeling secure and under his threshold, which is 98% of the time, Harry is nothing short of amazing. He is loving, engaging, and ready to be the loyal companion he was born to be. What He Needs Because of his past, Harry can sometimes feel overwhelmed by new environments or pressures, which can cause him to snap as a defense mechanism. He has had a couple of false starts, and what he needs now more than anything is a steady, compassionate human who can "hold space" for him. To help Harry thrive, we are looking for a quiet, adult-only home as the only pet. This isn’t because Harry is aggressive toward other animals or children, but because the presence of others adds an unpredictable layer of pressure that he currently struggles to manage. He needs a low-stimulation environment where he can focus entirely on building a bond with his person.
